I cannot believe I’ve been open and trading in Guildford now for nearly 5 months. Time certainly does fly. In that time we’ve acquired a new prime minister and seen an unbelievable number of other changes, but I’m proud to say I’ve continued to deliver what I said I’d deliver at the outset – a truly personal service which gets results. At the time of writing I’ve completed on a couple of houses, have a dozen or so under offer and am taking on new listings in Guildford every week. The reason I’m telling you all this, is because I know how easy it is to promise the earth and then not deliver. I was absolutely determined not to do that. I have always said I want to be the estate agent I’d like to deal with if I needed one. I could promise that until the cows come home, but to hear happy clients verifying that’s what I’ve actually done is what really counts.
